COVID-19 UPDATE AS OF MARCH 23, 2020

We are here for our members…although not as much as we would physically like to be due to the Governor’s most recent mandates.  Beginning 3/24/2020 our hours of operation are 9 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday and from 9 am to 1 pm on Saturday – all hours are drive thru only. 

You can also access your accounts via Online Banking and Mobile Banking, deposit checks with Mobile Check Capture, apply for a loan at www.roswellcu.org and use your debit card for purchases.  If you’re in need of a debit card, we can produce those for you at the credit union. Direct deposits and ACH’s will continue to post to your account as normal. RCU will continue to provide you access to your funds through these tough times.  Please know that your credit union is federally insured by NCUA and your funds are safe to the full-insurable amount.

Roswell Credit Union is committed to safeguarding the health and safety of our employees, members and community during the Coronavirus outbreak. We will follow the CDC's recommendations.

Here are the services we offer to limit person-to-person contact and make it easy to do business with us:

Online and Mobile Banking is available 24/7, you can:

* check your balances
* pay your bills
* make your payments at RCU
* transfer funds within your accounts
* deposit checks with Remote Deposit App
* apply for a loan at www.roswellcu.org

Use your debit card to make all necessary purchases.

The ATM is available 24/7, located on the north side of our building.

While our drive-thru will be open regular hours, our lobby will be closed one hour early to clean and sanitize daily.
